Who we are

Command Post (command.garrettbosqui.com) is a software product operated by Maverick Services LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Maverick Services,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: garrett@mavericksoftwash.com.

Information we collect

  • Early-access / beta form. If you submit the Command Post early-access form we collect what you enter: your first name, company name, email address, optional mobile phone number, and your answers about your business systems, priorities, and interest level.
  • SMS consent data. If you provide a phone number and separately check the SMS-consent box, we record that consent along with when and where it was given.
  • Purchase and onboarding information. If you buy Command Post we collect what you enter at checkout and during onboarding: your company details, the systems you run on, and what you want your dashboard to show. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored by us. We never ask for, and you should never send us, passwords to your other systems.
  • Attribution data. We record the campaign parameters (UTM tags) and landing page associated with your visit when you submit a form, so we know which channel brought you here.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site. The demo itself runs on sanitized sample business data and does not profile visitors.

How we use information

  • To respond to your early-access request and manage the beta program.
  • To send email you signed up for, such as beta status and product updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To send SMS messages only if you separately opted in (see “SMS/text messaging” below).
  • To understand which marketing channels reach real service businesses.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site and product.

SMS/text messaging

Providing a phone number is optional and never required to submit a form. SMS messages are sent only to people who separately check the SMS-consent box. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing anything. SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not being shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf solely to operate this service: our website host (Vercel), our customer relationship and messaging platform provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector) where form submissions and contact records are stored, the email and SMS delivery providers those platforms use to send the messages you request, and our payment processor, which handles card details directly and returns only a payment reference to us. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only functional browser storage: session storage that remembers which campaign link (UTM parameters) brought you here so a form submission can be attributed, and local storage that remembers a submission so we don’t re-prompt you. Our hosting provider records standard server logs for security and operations. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Retention

We keep contact and consent records while the beta program and any ongoing relationship lasts, and for as long as needed to honor opt-outs and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted to our systems, and access to stored contact data is limited to authorized people. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to a product of this size.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from email using the link in any marketing email.
  • Stop SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing garrett@mavericksoftwash.com.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes to how we handle SMS consent will not be applied retroactively to consent you already gave.
